If you're having trouble coming up with new ways to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey, try the White Turkey Chili below. This warm, nutritious soup is easy to make in your Bean Pot!

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups chopped cooked leftover turkey
  • 3 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 5 (14.5 ounce) cans Great Northern beans, undrained
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • Shredded cheese (optional)


Directions:
  • Place all ingredients (except cheese) in Bean Pot. Stir.
  • Place covered Bean Pot in microwave for 20 - 30 minutes. Stir.
  • Return covered Bean Pot to microwave for 15 more minutes. Stir.
  • Top with shredded cheese, if desired. 


 
Ingredients:
  • 3 pound lean beef roast
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery soup
  • 1 can of Coke
  • Potatoes and Carrots


Directions:
  • Dump soup and Coke into your Bean Pot.
  • Place roast on top of soup and Coke mixture.
  • Arrange potatoes and carrots around roast.
  • Bake covered at 375 F for one hour. Remove from oven.
  • Let stand with lid on for 15 minutes.


This can also be slow-cooked in your oven at 175 F - 200 F for 6 - 8 hours overnight.
