(USE BEAN POT)

3-5 diced red potatoes w/ skins
6 tbs. of butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
Salt and pepper

Shredded cheddar cheese
Stir all ingredients together (excluding cheese)
Microwave for 10 minutes, stirring a couple of times.
Top with cheese and microwave for 1-2 more minutes.

Ingredients:
  1 watermelon, cut in long chunks
  1 cantelope, cut in long chunks
  1 quart whole strawberries
  1 pound green grapes
  1/4 cup orange juice
   Mint sprigs

Directions:

   Place all fruit in bowl or casserole. Pour orange juice over fruit and mix gently. Add mint. Serve immediately.
